Draft. This document is pending review by counsel and will be finalized before the platform accepts its first subscription. It is published now so applicants can see the substance of what they'd be agreeing to.

Not investment advice

Thesis Trading AI is analytical tooling. Nothing on this site or in the platform — including signals, entry candidates, triage verdicts, gate promotions, simulated outcomes, grades, scores, agent chat responses, or any other output — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and no output of the platform is tailored investment advice.

You place every trade

The platform does not place, modify, or cancel live orders on its own. AI agents stop at drafts; every live order action is an explicit human click by you, in your own brokerage account, and you alone are responsible for it.

Simulated and hypothetical performance

Paper trading results, backtests, simulated management styles, and graded outcomes are hypothetical. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations: they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve financial risk, and cannot account for the impact of actual market factors such as liquidity, slippage, and the discipline required to hold positions through losses. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. Past performance — simulated or real — does not predict future results.

Options and futures risk

Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all investors. You can lose the entire value of a position, and certain strategies carry losses exceeding the amount invested. Futures and futures options are leveraged instruments; losses can exceed your initial margin deposit rapidly. Before trading options, read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (the OCC options disclosure document), available from The Options Clearing Corporation.

Community and creator content

Content posted by other members or creators is theirs, not ours. Creators are vetted for track-record integrity, not licensed as investment advisers, and nothing they publish is advice from us. A graded track record describes what happened; it is not a promise of what will happen.

Market data

Quotes, greeks, and other market data may be delayed, estimated, or incorrect, and are provided without warranty. Verify prices with your broker before acting.

Do your own diligence

Consider your objectives, experience, and risk tolerance, and consult a licensed financial professional before trading. If any output of this platform is the only reason you're making a trade, don't make the trade.
